Script needs some updates to work with Greasemonkey
Replace all GM_xmlhttpRequest with GM.xmlHttpRequest and replace all GM_addStyle with GM.addStyle.
Tested on Waterfox 2020.02.1 and Chrome 80.0.3987.132
