Script will not load on Firefox Greasemonkey
Attempts to install fail with a complaint about the favicon not being able to load:
User script download failed
404 - Not Found at http://diveintohtml5.info/favicon.ico
A quick look at the site generates a Security warning complaining that the site certificate does not match the server certificate.
Use case: Greasmonkey 4.9 extension for Firefox Quantum 69.0.1 (64-bit) on Linux (Pop!_OS 19.04 - an Ubuntu variant)
