Place a pixel first and then it'll load there. on wplace the tiles simply don't exist if there are no existing drawings.

Works well on land (or crowded area) but when I tried to place overlay in the middle of Pacific Ocean nothing show up.
I tested placing the same thing on land worked just fine.
Can you check on this?
