ok tried new json, still failing but says Import finished. Imported: 0, Failed: 1
if you open developer console in chrome what does it say in the console?
the image ends with .png and you can open that image normally in a new tab right?
was saying i couldnt use imgur, so i tried the example you gave with catbox and it does work now

getting an error when i try to add an image, even when ive already gotten a direct link, where it says
Failed to add overlay from URL. See console for details
Even for JSON it says its invalid json
