Adds filter options to roblox server page. Alternative to paid extensions like RoPro, RoGold (Ultimate), RoQol, and RoKit.
Roblox broke their api, so nothings working. All major extensions that give server regions are also not working.

when attempting to select a server region or enable better connection, the action is blocked and a misleading notification is displayed. please note that this occurs on a public server with a maximum player capacity of 20.
