I think there might be some confusion here. My script doesn't include SponsorBlock itself, you have to install the official SponsorBlock browser extension yourself.
It works perfectly fine on my end, using the latest Chrome version.

You said there is sponsorblock on your introduction script "adjusted for playback speed and SponsorBlock segments, persistent progress bar with chapter markers and SponsorBlock support, modify or hide various UI elements, and much more."
"SponsorBlock segments" are provided by the official SponsorBlock browser extension if you've installed it separately.
"SponsorBlock support" means my script works with the official SponsorBlock browser extension. It doesn't provide SponsorBlock's functionality on its own.
Like I already said: You need to install the official SponsorBlock browser extension yourself for those features to work.

the sponsorblock feature doesn't work on latest chrome version.
I don't really think that the sponsor block feature is installed on youtube alchemy...
I vinte the author to check this, because it is not working at all.
The sponsor block that I know is only on youtube revanced.
