is there a way to submit names to the database?

Hi, no. What someone could do instead is make their own list and host it somewhere. It would be best to use a FOSS alternative to eg. Github, like Gitea and Gogs. You can securely clone the list, add names, then push it back to the repo. This would allow everyone to clone it, fetch updates and push names back to the list themselves.

im not really sure how to do that, can you provide some guidance there? may be able to convince social sentinel to provide an API for instance
