Unfortunately, the video automatically starts muted. You have to click on pause and then on play to make the video unmuted...
It doesn't work directly :-(

It unfortunately depends on the delay. Maybe your computer is too slow or too fast and so the script doesn't recognize the video play event properly.

But in practice it was just a bad idea. I ended up disabling autoplay in twitter options. Much better scrolling of timeline
