If your network is very slow (unable to play high-quality videos), try disabling "Only use best bitrate available." This option forces the player to always use the highest quality. When disabled, Netflix will revert to its default strategy, which may lower video quality under networks that are fast but have high latency.

If your network is not very slow, check whether a "script activation delay" warning appears. If it does, follow the instructions provided.
