This userscript only removes the need of an extra click to show profiles and tweets marked as sensitive.

As stated in the description, that evil message can't be bypassed without an account in some regions (the API returns that message instead of the actual tweet). The only alternative, and the one I suggest, is using any Nitter instance which server/proxy used is outside of blocked regions.
