nano-sib or nano-stb is almost same with Enable Fast Timer feature , but still not powerful enough like the Ublock filter , try to learn more about Ublock filters like aopr/aopw to Abort on Property Read or Write , example aopr checkAdsbypasserUser or aopw updateTimeSpent to abort some function from that site

that might work with clks.pro but not bitad shortener!
