The same with ViolentMonkey for Firefox: After clicking away from the repo home page, and then clicking back to it (to the home page), the right side doesn't move up but stays on the right. Refreshing the home page helps.
(But, if, instead of clicking back to the repo home page, you use Firefox back button or Alt+left_arrow, then the right side does move up.)
