Can't replicate the issue. I was able to get UPC and ISRC from random album.
Qobuz Play account must be entered as email in userid and password as password.
Maybe browser console contains an error message about failing to login/access the API.

There were changes on Qobuz side. Update to v1.21.3 and report back if it still fails.
