In clicking to install the PA UC AUTO CHATTER script I can find no way to open an edit function. I click to install but the script is static.

Try watching the tutorial. Are you trying to edit it before installing it?

The new chat does not "end chat", they only give you a message "All of our chat agents are busy assisting other customers. We are unable to process your chat request at this time. Please try again later"
Does the script continue running even with that message? Thx
