Hover a thumbnail on youtube.com and click an icon at the right: "Not interested" and "Don't recommend channel"

Fixed in 1.0.3. The icon will be shown over the thumbnail - just like all other icons are shown.
As for click behavior, I see it too, investigating now...
Should be fixed in 1.0.4.
