Bug Report - Not working

The qual sorter has not been working for at least the last 4 days. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but still not working. It just loads to a blank page https://prnt.sc/jg6n3i

Same issue. But I did the recommended fix and now everything's fine.

• If you have any errors on the Sort Page, you should try deleting the database from the Developer Tools Panel, then updating again from Dashboard. Check the screenshot.

it's not working for me. I update fine, but when I click, all I get is a blank page. There is no error message, nothing at all. And yes, I checked for white text.

edited to add. Finally understood the fix enough to try it and what do you know, it worked! Thanks!
