I'd like to make a custom tag which does two things:

1) Inserts the name of whatever is selected, whether it's a road or a place, or inserts nothing if nothing is selected:

• the report at George St.
• the report at Edinburgh Castle.
• the report.

2) Uses an appropriate preposition:

• "on the" for (UK) roads beginning with A, B, or M followed by numbers

• "at" for all other locations

  • the report at George St.
  • the report on the M1.
  • the report on the A8 - Princes St.

Usage would be "Can you give more details about the report$PREPOSITION$LOCATION?" (jammed together to avoid extra whitespace).
