Discarding arrive.js dependence

I may not know what I'm talking about, but isn't arrive.js superseded by modern technologies like mutation observer? If so, removing that dependency should allow usage on leaner, native API based script managers, which are less feature rich and tend to favour security, therefore forgoing @require support.

Arrive.js uses Mutation Observers internally, and it's pretty lightweight. I may rethink the require annotation and use the source code directly, since it's quite small, but I'm not thinking of discarding it anytime soon.

Got it! Firemonkey has resolved @require support in the meantime though.

That beeing said, there's still some stuff not working with your script on that native API implementation.
