Submission of new web addresses for GIS layers

We are going to be updating Tennessee's GIS, what is the best method to submit the changes. Looking though the code I can see the incorrect addresses would you want the old address along with the new address that will replace it?

Disregard this post, we were looking for the editor that can fix the GIS buttons not the GIS-L. If you can help please let me know.

Hey Larry! Sorry for the LATE reply (rarely remember to check for feedback on Greasyfork). Hopefully you got what you needed by now... I believe the SMs should have access to the appropriate GIS Buttons sheet.
