Redgifs has updated and needs to have the RedgifsPromise() updated to match.

Currently 'source' returns null. The same url can be used if instead letting source =select(meta[property="og:video"]) and then pass 'source.content' to the GenericVideoPromise().

Fixed in the latest version, 2.2.3. Thanks for the pointers.
