Not sure it'll be useful. Currently the userscript works on stackoverflow.com, other Stack Exchange sites, also on google, yahoo and bing because these are frequently used to find answers. But the userscript doesn't work on greasyfork unless you manually add it or * in Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey settings for the script.

I've clarified the types of supported links in the description:

The preview is shown while a link to a SE question or SE answer is hovered (the mouse cursor shouldn't move for at least 200ms).

No, I'm not interested as I don't use that site. I think I've seen a few universal extensions to preview links.
