Invalid 'const' field.

Hi, thank you for the script. It works OK except one issue. Seems like the script checks for length of "const" field to be "9" chars but there are already movies with longer ID - see "tt10208198" for example. So the import fails if the CSV contains such ID. Could you please update/fix this?

The script used to check that title id should have exactly 7 digits. Turns out that they can also have 8 digits. I've fixed it now. Thank you for your feedback.
