Block results via regex match in url instead of host name

Can we block sites by using url match instead of hostname only?

Currently, the script can't do that. It was designed to be as simple as possible.

Does this extension work for your needs? If so, maybe I can borrow some code from it: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ublacklist/
