De-duplicate TLDs does not work.

Hello. De-duplicate does not work as expected.

ex) test001.ru test002.ru test003.ru ru.tld

I expect that block list will be "ru.tld" only. Thank you.

That is a good point. I have not created code for that. It will have to go on the long "to do" list.
