Those features are temp disabled now.
Due to some core changes that EA have made some code needs to be rewritten.
Not sure how long it will take.

patch 15.3
In Tiberium 4 after patch 15.3 not working auto repair and army bases. Pictogram repair and army bases, no longer appear. Is it possible to fix this?
