How exactly to enter config menu?

So I am really super new to greasemonkey. I see the script in greasemonkey, but Shift+T does not do anything. Am I supposed to just type Shift+T in Firefox or anything else? I have written another small script which runs fine, so greasemonkey is correctly installed. AFAIK, I don't have Shift+T as a system-wide global shortcut tied to anything else, but how do I change the configmenu shortcut from Shift+T to something else?
