Notes are back with Stig's Flickr Fixr!
I'm proud to present the possibility to both view and update "mouse-over notes" on Flickr photos. A feature which disappeared a couple of years ago in one of the big Flickr-updates, but with Stig's Flickr Fixr you have it back!...
Not only can you see the notes created years back, you can also create new notes:
