Blocklist hits come through on some scrapes

It's happening pretty often now where Jon Brelig will come through on my scrapes despite being on my blocklist. Occurs about every 3~8 scrapes.

Nevermind, has nothing to do with script, adding requester name "ScoutIt" to blocklist fixed the issue. Seems like Mr.Jon's requester name keeps changing back and forth which is why it was passing through.
