Can't unblock hits?

Somehow, while trying to block a certain requester, I ended up blocking all hits and I can't seem to undo this. All the hits load on the page, but then quickly collapse into the title and I can't access them. A dialogue box will pop up when I click one stating "Unblocking removes all blocks that match this HITs title and requesterId" (it pops ups twice for one click actually) but then nothing happens and the hit remains blocked.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the script and it doesn't help. Is there a place that the info is stored even after I uninstall the script? Something I can go in and delete so it is fully uninstalled? I've just been disabling it and reenabling it when I want to use the database feature, but it would be nice to have it working properly again.
