enabling block third party cookies in chrome settings -> buttons disapear

Maybe it´s only on my browser (chrome) but when I enable blocking third party cookies in chrome settings the buttons disapear. Disabling that option and they appear again. Is this a normal behavior?

This script save settings on the domain spmbt.github.io (for information). But it not save any cookie. Therefore, this setting disable third-party localStorage on any not page's domain too. (I'm not check in my browsers.) If this setting give error (in console) script stopped by it.
