Did you change the mode, or leave it as disabled? Press the "Hide Crime Outcome" button at the app links (up the top-right) to control the settings mode, or have a look at the screen recordings I posted in the torn forums.

I'd also recommend posting feedback there, it's much easier for me to keep track of and GF doesn't notify me of new reviews or comments.
