Okay, I got it to work. It needed to be https://*.youtube.com/*

Also, does the images on the right side look like this (the thumbnails are very large)? If so, this can also be done in uBlock Origin > My Filter > youtube.com##+js(set, yt.config_.EXPERIMENT_FLAGS.kevlar_watch_grid, false)
