I just installed the update and as soon as I clicked ok on the pop up and refreshed, I couldn’t find the startube settings anywhere. Are they located somewhere else? and if so then where? Nowhere did specify about the settings being moved other than them being reset

it is located in the vordebugger, but if you cant see it in the vordebugger, do this:

"Open developer tools on while on youtube.com (F12)
Go to the Application tab
Find Local storage
Click https://www.youtube.com/
Click ST_SETTINGS and delete it
For Chrome/Edge users
For Firefox you have to find it in Storage I beleive(sic)"

You shouldn't even have to do that anymore. One of the 1.9 patches should fix this completely.

It's the thing on the bottom right of the screen on V3 that lets you change settings, language strings and it has a debug log (which is why it's called a "vordebugger".)
