Does Not Work, I even Enabled Extensions on Chrome Urls as Well As On File Urls.

Haa, yes !
Work with Firefox.

BUT, It seems Chrome don't authorize to style these type of pages (with Stylus or Tampermokey):
Restricting use of file: URLs in tabs and windows APIs

Need to investigate...

Quickly, i see this extension:
Autoriser l'accès aux fichiers locaux
I have not tested...
