Adds a button to hide bookmarked images in 'ppixiv for Pixiv'

I saw the script being updated so let me suggest an addition: clicking on "hide bookmarks" doesn't affect the private ones, so adding two more buttons for that would be great!
I did it on an old version, obviously it doesn't work anymore, so yeah...
