Automatically expands the older comments accordion in JIRA so you see all comments by default. Workaround to jira.comment.collapsing.minimum.hidden. Aids in searching page. Forked from https://gf.qytechs.cn/en/scripts/29233-atlassian-jira-auto-expand-older-comments and fixed (no external dependencies).

Please note that this does not work for me on Jira 9.4.5 (while it worked fine on 8.20.13, and I was a very happy user for a long time!).
