....notes from a newbie:

• run the two 'reg add' commands in the traditional command line (cmd.exe) and NOT in windows powershel. Using powershell the first command went through as expected but the second one was throwing syntax errors, which is probably an easy fix but I gave up and tried it in the traditional command line and it ran w/o problems

• I think it was due to the forementioned issues but initially I was running it through youtube-dl installed via chocolatey and but then installed youtube-dl_C_ ("community edition" via chocolatey)and it worked

• when I installed it the path was the same except for one more subfolder: x64/x86 (C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\youtube-dlc\tools\x64) but as instructed the parce script goes wherever you have youtube-dl installed

thanks for the heads up, youtube-dlc was the preferred youtube-dl version at the time i posted this (youtube-dl got a takedown notice on github) so i used dlc and forgot about it, fixed the instructions now
