I'm have tried both Userscripts & Tampermonkey extensions with Safari on macOS with your script, added the API key to the two locations where they need to be added. When I browse pages with many movies or tv shows I get errors written everywhere pointing to line 22 but that can't be the issue since on individual movie pages it shows the ratings.
