because then, someone poisons you, it instantly doesn't work because you have the poisen hat switching around!

Hmm. Maybe you should ask them in private messages as they get an email from your message as well.
By The Way, changing it that fast will probably glitch your game or make it look like your wearing no hat or making the effects not active. I know this because I have used a custom hat changer really really really really fast.
