Export function is broken. All it does is pop-up a window with a commandline string. I'm on Android chrome browser. What am i supposed to do with that?!

You need a device with youtube-dl and ffmpeg installed and run the command. I would say it's possible to run these CLI commands on Android (e.g. over Termux), but I would say most users would do the clipping on PC.
