Allow to choose the default speed for specific YT channel

I used to put it into the player content (line 458 .ytp-iv-video-content) but doesnt seem to work anymore. So my question, any sentiment to make this default because the lower control section gets crowded otherwise
Added an option for it. Take a look.PS: You have to enable the new option on Tampermonkey menu.
