Reverse search an image by pasting it

Yandex is stupid. When you send a file normally - even 2MB file is fine. When you send the file by pasting - even a small one like 1.2MB - it fails, server responds with error 413: Request Entity Too Large. I even tried worsening the quality of the file in the code, size went down to 380KB and it still failed to upload.

Is that like Yandex protection against abuse? Would it be possible to properly emulate file upload or something?
IDK, don't plan to waste my time on that.
