PtP - counts barters as hostile, stops at 15

Send all, using barter stops at 15 and warning about max hostiles per day being sent pops up. Has anyone experienced this? If, so, does anyone have a fix?

Check your setting, you probably accidentally changed it....make sure you are actually sending "barter" before sending...

Argo is right, mine is doing the same thing, just started out of the blue. Clearly sent barter (please don't suggest to make sure I'm sending the correct action). I checked my incoming on the character it was going to and clearly showed 15 barter, but now claims when I try to send more the max hostiles pop up shows. I reset all my setting.. still happening. Any suggestions?
