Little question, I installed ppixiv anew on another computer, how to export muted tags and artist? or is there actually a tool to do that?

There isn't currently, but it's easy to copy it over yourself. Press F12 and open Local Storage. In Chrome it's under "Application", expand "Local storage" on the left and select https://www.pixiv.net. In Firefox it's in the "Storage" tab.

Search for "extraMutes" and you should see "_ppixiv_extraMutes". (Ignore "extra_mutes" if it's in there, that's a relic of an old bug.) Just copy the value from there, move it to the other PC and paste it into the same "_ppixiv_extraMutes" entry.
