Open the TN Parcel GIS map in another window, at the same location as the WME map. Keeps the location of the GIS map synced to WME.

I cant seem to get this to work with Chrome. I have tampermonkey working and when in the WME, it shows the script is running but it does not do anything and I dont see anything added to the bottom bar.Any ideas to help?
