Can't get the script to work

I have the script enabled on chrome, and am getting this error in the script "VM529:3 ERROR: Execution of script 'The Amazon Review Tabulator - TART' failed! Cannot read property 'textContent' of undefined". Not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had 3 others report the script not running. One of them reported the same error. 2 people had their problem magically resolve, when they restarted their browsers. Unfortunately, the one who reported that same error never got back to me, so, I don't know about that one.

Try the restart. If no luck, then, I'd like to see a screen shot from the Inspector (not sure what they call it in Chrome). See my note in the thread I'll link. Adding to what I'd written there, I'd like the screen shot to also include the line above the one I highlighted -- div class='small' -- opened up so I can see what's in there.

Your error note does not appear to have come from the browser console. If you get into Chrome's console and try again, it should give you a line number. That line number should be between 380-400, for script version 1.1.2. Having that line number will be helpful.

Let me know something, even if it works on restart.

Thanks, I tried the restart and it did not work. See the screen shots attached, I think I got everything you need. Let me know if you need anything in addition.

Hey, David. We're on the right track. Thanks for getting me that div class='small'. Most important, though, is the div class='tiny' highlighted in blue -- need that arrow clicked to open it, so I can see exactly what's in there. I've already guessed one false assumption I made about expected formatting. That's a good sign.

Good to hear, David. Am I correct in assuming you are not a top 10K reviewer? Can you adjust the "color dot" icon on your post, so that it's no longer a "negative feedback"?

Hi David. I've confirmed on another feedback thread that the rating color dot can be edited. Could you please change the one on this thread, from red, to green? Thanks
