Automatically skip the "Help us keep your account safe" page

I have uploaded a new version to fix a problem where Tampermonkey (Opera, Chrome et al) refused to install the script. It was missing an include line (very poor form on my part) and therefore triggered on all pages. I've now added this and some better error handling.
