YouTube Gaming covers
sometimes on a YouTube video there are video game covers in the description
if you go to the page for that game on gaming.youtube.com the cover is larger
in description image:

I managed to make the cover bigger by removing "=s256-nd-rj"

I made it bigger by changing "=s256-nd-rj" to bigger numbers examples:

the "s" prefix seems to influence the height of the image
I don't know if there is a way to find the biggest image but this is something I discovered!
