Collects panda's for you at a certain cycle instead of timers. Lot of organizing of panda's and grouping them together to start and stop them at once.

I have downloaded The Panda Crazy and Panda crazy helper. When I go to the Panda crazy homepage I only get a message "loading settings in memory". And thats it. Nothing else. I have no idea what I am doing wrong
