Latest Google Images update breaks with this script

Thanks so much for updating this script over the years. Google recently updated Google Images. Clicking a result with Google Tracking-B-Gone enabled does nothing. (It now is supposed to open the Google Images result on the right side of the screen rather than using an overlay.) If Google Tracking-B-Gone is disabled, it works.

I have tried to reproduce this issue for a while now and can't get it to consistently fail as described. If you can provide further information (browser version, specific search queries, etc) I'll be happy to investigate further.
